Refund & Return Policy – Mammoth Monster

At Mammoth Monster, we strive to deliver premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Since many of our products are specially prepared and processed after an order is placed, we maintain a strict but fair Replacement-Only Policy.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Mammoth Monster are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer does not like the product after delivery
- Incorrect size selected by the customer while placing the order
- Orders placed during sales, discounts, coupon offers, or promotional campaigns
- Minor color variation due to screen/display differences
- Slight placement or size variation in print/design within acceptable production tolerance
Please note: We strongly recommend customers review the product details, size chart, and design carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement Only
A replacement may be approved only in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Wrong size sent by Mammoth Monster
- Wrong product or wrong design delivered
- Printing defect or manufacturing defect
In all such cases, the issue must be genuine and verifiable.
3. Complaint Window – 48 Hours from Delivery
To be eligible for a replacement request, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Any complaint raised after 48 hours of the delivery time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Mandatory Proof Required
To process any replacement request, the customer must provide clear proof of the issue.
Required documents/proof:
- Order Number
- Clear images of the product showing the issue
- Images of the front and back of the product (if applicable)
- Packaging image (if required)
- Delivery label / parcel image (if requested by support)
Important:
If the images provided are unclear, incomplete, edited, or insufficient to verify the issue, Mammoth Monster reserves the right to reject the claim.
5. Replacement Only – No Refunds
Mammoth Monster follows a Replacement-Only Policy.
This means:
- We do not offer refunds
- We do not offer cash reimbursement
- We do not offer bank transfer / UPI reversal / original payment reversal
- We do not offer store credit unless specifically decided by Mammoth Monster in exceptional cases
If a claim is approved, the customer will receive:
- A replacement product of the same item/design/size (as applicable)
If the exact same product is unavailable, Mammoth Monster may, at its sole discretion:
- Offer a similar replacement product, or
- Provide an alternative resolution on a case-by-case basis
6. Return Shipping Charges
If the issue is verified and found to be due to an error on the part of Mammoth Monster, then:
- Mammoth Monster will bear the return/replacement logistics cost, wherever applicable
If the claim is found invalid or the issue is not due to Mammoth Monster’s fault, the request will be rejected.
7. Conditions for Approval
A replacement request will only be approved if:
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Proper image proof is shared
- The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable) are intact
- The issue is verified by our support team
8. Non-Eligible Cases
The following situations are not eligible for replacement, return, or refund:
- Customer changed mind after ordering
- Customer does not like the fit/style/look after delivery
- Wrong size selected by customer at checkout
- Product has been worn, washed, used, damaged by customer, or altered
- Tags removed or packaging missing
- Complaint raised after 48 hours
- Discounted / sale / coupon code / promotional orders
- Slight color difference due to lighting, photography, or screen display
- Minor print placement variation within normal production tolerance

- Parcel / packaging images (if requested)
Our team will review the request and respond after verification.
10. Verification & Approval Rights
All replacement requests are subject to manual review and approval by the Mammoth Monster support team.
Mammoth Monster reserves the full right to:
- Approve or reject any claim
- Ask for additional proof
- Determine whether the issue qualifies under this policy
- Decide the final resolution in exceptional cases
The decision of Mammoth Monster in such matters shall be final and binding.
11. Important Note on Size Selection
We request all customers to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Since apparel fit may vary from person to person, size issues caused by incorrect selection by the customer are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Replacement for size will only be applicable if Mammoth Monster sends a size different from what was ordered.
12. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order on Mammoth Monster, the customer agrees to this Refund & Return Policy and accepts all terms mentioned above.
- All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Replacement only in case of:
- damaged product
- wrong size sent by us
- wrong product/design delivered
- printing/manufacturing defect
- Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear product images are mandatory
- No return/refund for:
- change of mind
- wrong size selected by customer
- sale/discount/coupon orders
